If you are an AT&T subscriber, you’ll glad to know that AT&T doesn’t only offer online and phone payment solutions but also several other ways of bill payment to make your life easier. You can select the one that is most suitable to you from the following.
The AT&T Auto Pay features makes bill payment completely hassle free. It allows you to pay your monthly bill automatically once you sign up for the service. You can make payments either through your debit/credit card or saving/checking account. Once you enroll in AutoPay payments will be automatically deducted from your account or credit card prior to the bill due date.
Pay By Phone
AT&T feature an excellent automated phone pay service, free of charge. AT&T wireless phone subscribers simply need to call *729 (*PAY) and follow the voice prompts to enter payment information. Once you complete the payment you’ll get a confirmation code verifying successful payments. Payments over the phone can also be made calling 800.331.0500. Please note that if you want to speak to a customer representative for making the payment, a service fee may be charged.
TXT 2 Pay
When you enroll in the TXT 2 Pay service, you’ll get an SMS notifying you of the due payment, 6 days prior to the due date. All you have to do is to reply to this SMS and your payment will be charged using the payment information you have already set up. This is also a free service from AT&T
Pay though myAT&T app
If you like to remain connected through your smart phone, you might find it convenient to pay your bill using the myAT&T app or by logging on to m.att.com/myatt. Just follow the simple guide lines to complete the payment.
Pay in Person
Payments can also be made at any of the AT&T store or AT&T authorized payment locations near you. Find an AT&T store or an authorized payment location near you. Please make sure too have the following documents with you when making payment at an authorized location:
- Bring your Photo ID if paying through check
- Print out of your current bill
Note: Credit/debit card payments are not accepted at these locations.
Pay By Mail
