When you make payment online using My Services, you can spend less time on bills and more time enjoying your TWC services.
To get started, go to TWC.com/MyServices and sign in using your TWC ID and password. If it’s your first time visiting My Services, you may need to verify your account. To do so, click the Verify Your Account link, enter your four-digit customer code found on your bill, and then press Submit.
Once in My Services, click View and Pay My Bill to be taken to your Account Overview. Now, select Pay Bill from the menu on the left. From here, you’ll see your payment details and the balance due. Click Make a One Time Payment. Select your payment method, credit, debit, or electronic transfer – a payment made directly from your bank account.
To pay by electronic transfer, indicate your account type. For example, checking or savings. Then, in the fields provided, enter the name on the bank account, the bank account number, and the routing number. We’ve included a diagram of where this information can be found on a personal check, should you need it. Press Continue.
To pay by debit or credit card, select the card type you wish to use. Next, fill out the name on the card, card number, and expiration date. If you want to run your card as a debit, make sure to indicate that. After entering your payment information, press Continue.
A confirmation page will follow. Verify everything is correct; then press Continue to submit your payment. If your payment is submitted successfully, you’ll receive a confirmation email along with a receipt that you can print and keep for your records.
